Protective clothingSpecification of Radiation Thermal Conductivity Tester:

  • Radiation source: composed of 6 sets of SiC heating rods, with a total length of 356mm ± 2mm, heating section length of 178 ± 2, and heating rod diameter of 7.9 ± 0.1mm;
  • The radiation source adopts PID temperature control, with a temperature control accuracy of ± 1 ℃;
  • Heating capacity of radiation source: The maximum temperature is 1200 ℃± 5%, and a PID controller is used for regulation;
  • Radiation source thermal radiation flux: 10~80 kW/m2;
  • The sampling frequency of the data acquisition card can reach 20 Hz;
  • Equipped with a commercial quartz window thermal radiation flux sensor (with built-in water circulation device), with a maximum measurement range of 100KW/m2;
  • Equipped with a copper plate calorimeter device for detecting changes in temperature rise on the back of the sample;

  • Equipped with a computer and Windows XP operating system in both Chinese and English, the test parameters are set through software, and the test automatically starts. It can automatically measure the required test time for temperature rise of 12 ℃ and 24 ℃, heat flux density Q, and heat transfer coefficient HF;
